After their Silver Jubilee, the Sisters of St. Paul of Chartres celebrate the 60th and 50th anniversary of their entrance into the Novitiate.  The celebration of Diamond and Golden Jubilee is an important aspect of religious life.  It is a time of remembering, rejoicing, and renewing the significant decision the Sisters made 60 and 50 years ago to follow Jesus.  As followers of Jesus, the Sisters who mark their precious gems of 60 diamond and 50 golden years in religious life have made a choice that has radically influenced these years they have spent in the Lord’s vineyard.  They will renew their vows after the homily.

We rejoice with our seven Diamond Jubilarians for 2010 who were accepted into the Novitiate in 1950 and are celebrating 60 years of God’s fidelity:  Sr. Mary Clement Sarte from the Diocese of Legaspi, Sr. Adeline of St. Michael Calderon from the Diocese of Surigao, Sr. Mary Angela Barrios, from the Archdiocese of Manila, Sr. Miriam Raymond Victoriano, from the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao, Sr. Mary John Seva, from the Prelature of Nueva Caceres, Sr. Marie Claire Tuballa, from the Diocese of Dumaguete and Sr. Cristeta de Jesus Alvar who shall celebrate her Diamond Jubilee at Mere Monique Home in Iloilo City where she currently stays.

Along with our seven Diamond Jubilarians, we have 11 Golden Jubilarians who joined the Congregation in 1959 and were accepted into the Novitiate in 1960.  They are Sr. Maria Felicina Gubuan from the Diocese of Bacolod, Sr. Rosalina Maria Herrera from the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao, Sr. Maria Fe Policarpio from the Diocese of Nueva Ecija, Sr. Marie Adele Bonzon from the Archdiocese of Manila, Sr. Maria Corazon Querubin from the Archdiocese of Nueva Segovia, Sr. Mary George Siriban from the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao, Sr. Mary Elizabeth Borromeo from the Diocese of Cagayan de Oro, Sr. Maria Gloria Pasamba from the Archdiocese of Manila, Sr. Mary of Saint Joseph Baradero, from the Diocese of Bacolod, Sr. Mary Magdalen Torres from the Diocese of Dumaguete, and Sr. Mary Elena Tuazon from the Diocese of Pasig.

With great joy in their hearts, our Jubilarians thank God for His unconditional love and fidelity through all these years and for all the marvelous things He has wrought throughout their religious life.

Our main celebrant and homilist is His Excellency, Most Reverend Gabriel V. Reyes, Bishop of Antipolo.  Concelebrants are relatives and friends of our Jubilarians.  Our Master of Ceremonies is Reverend Father Joel Camaya, SDB. The altar servers are seminarians from the Salesians of Don Bosco.
